SUMMER 2013 Free Watercolor Classes for All Veterans

Weekly Sessions 2 ½ - 3 hours each, 2 until 5 p.m..  One painting completed each session, taught step-by-step.  Free classes. All materials supplied.  A $5 registration fee per session, $15 per session for family member of veteran.  Taught by watercolor artist and experienced instructor Susan Giannantonio.

Let's explore some of the most beautiful paintings ever painted, and try our hand at some of their techniques!  We will look at the work of John Singer Sargent, Winslow Homer, Andre Derain, Pierre Bonnard and others.  Using some of their ideas, we will take our own compositions beyond simply copying a photo reference and, instead, create an expressive and innovative work of art.
