Let's explore some of the most beautiful paintings ever painted and try our hand at some of these masters' techniques.  We will look at John Singer Sargent, Winslow Homer, Andre Derain, Pierre Bonnard and others.  Using some of their ideas, we will take our own compositions beyond simply copying a photo reference and, instead, create an expressive and innovative work of art.

It may well give you the confidence you are looking for in your own work.  Demos in multi media and fast-paced, fun exercises abound each week.  You may work in watercolor and/or acrylic.  Homework & critique encouraged; all levels and abilities welcome.
