John Singer Sargent was the most famous, well-paid portrait artist of his time. When he had time off, he put aside the oil paints and the society portraits and headed to his favorite locations to paint some of the most beautiful watercolors ever painted. His spirits soared when he painted with watercolors. The watercolor techniques Sargent developed were revolutionary and they're a great deal of fun to explore. Join us!
